danksfavorites The girlfriend said DIG would probably be disappointed in me with how much I listen to them.... That is how fucking amazing they were! who could help but enjoy these melodic heavy rock tinged stories time and again? Favorite track: Pandora.

David Oehler Something something hardcore. Weird and loud. Harmonies like I've never heard. Never stop. Favorite track: Pandora.

Alex Decker Down I Go might just be the most important band you've never heard of. Their entire catalog is solid gold, but this most recent EP does a great job at displaying how much this band has grown over the years. Not only is it the best thing they've done yet, it's also light-years ahead of most of their contemporaries.

Seriously, DIG - never stop. You're too good for this world. Favorite track: Heracles.

TurbinoZ100000 Eddie, Dan and Mike have done it again. Hot off their Brazil-themed album "You're a lucky dude, let's hit the beach" that was paid for by their parents, the boys hit it hard with four hilarious songs about dead people. Favorite track: Heracles.

Can This Even Be Called Music?
Can This Even Be Called Music? thumbnail
Can This Even Be Called Music? With Down I Go’s more refined and perfected sound, Mortals is enjoyable to the core; the mathy, overdriven riffs, the duality of the vocals, going from hardcore screams to multi-part vocal harmonies many times per song, and the often totally heart-wrenching melodies and structures make this one of their best releases.
